CANCELLATION POLICY In order to book an appointment, a credit card must be on file. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must give no less than 24 hours' notice. The credit card on file will only be charged for no-shows or if the original appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours. A confirmation text/email is sent 72 hours and 24 hours in advance to ensure a reminder was given. Please make sure to confirm your appointment. (Not confirming your appointment is NOT canceling an appointment/rescheduling.) Clients have a 10-minute grace period to show for their appointment before being considered late. If you're late and there is time available to still do the set, then we will proceed. If not, we may need to make changes to your appointment or reschedule. There is a 50% late cancelation fee that will be applied if we need to cancel/reschedule. If you No-Show, your appointment will result in an automatic 100% charge of the service booked.To secure an appointment, All new clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. All Returning clients are required to have a credit card on file Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked to the card on file. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service booked. Clients are fully responsible for managing their booking time.
